1. Is there a registration fee?
There is no registration fee, however we encourage all of our walkers to help raise funds to help in the fight against cancer. All walkers who raise $100 will receive a t-shirt. All walkers who raise $500 will receive their choice of a hooded sweatshirt or 5 t-shirts.

2. Where does the Champions Fighting Cancer Walk begin and end?
The 4.5 mile walk begins at Brockton High School, 470 Forest Avenue, Brockton and ends at Signature Healthcare Brockton Hospital (680 Centre St. Brockton, MA).

3. Do I have to join a team to register?
No. You can register as an individual, start a team or join a team.

4. What do I do after I register?
Once you have registered, please log in to your Participant Center, customize your personal fundraising page and begin your fundraising!

5. What is a personal page?
Your personal page is a webpage dedicated to your fundraising efforts. Your friends, family, co-workers, and neighbors can visit this webpage to donate to you online. Please add a story about why you are walking to inspire those who visit your page to support you! 

6. Do you accept donations by check?
Yes. Please make payable to: Champions Fighting Cancer Walk and turn your check in with this form (please print the form). Please mail checks to: Office of Development, Signature Healthcare, 680 Centre St. Brockton, MA 02302

7. What happens if it rains?
The Walk is held Rain or Shine! So plan ahead and dress accordingly.

8. Are dogs allowed?
Yes. Dogs must be well-behaved and leashed at all times. Please pick up after your dog and please make sure your dog is up to date with vaccines.

9. Will there be refreshments and food?
Yes! At the “Finish Line Finale” there is a family-style cookout and entertainment.

10. Will there be activities for the family?
Yes. There is a Health Fair with healthcare resources. We have glitter tattoos,inflatables, games, and other fun activities. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

11. Will there be restrooms and water stops?
Along the route there is one restroom at the Old Colony YMCA on Main Street and 3 water stops (West Middle School, Old Colony YMCA, East Middle School). Portable restrooms will be available at the end of the Walk at Brockton Hosptial.

12. Will there be items I can purchase?
Yes. Champions Fighting Cancer Walk merchandise and tickets for amazing raffle items!
